Shipping policy

We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

When ordering a product please allow us 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

 

STANDART SHIPPING TIME

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States: 4 - 8 Business days

Average transit times to International: 5 - 20 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

TRACKING NUMBER

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

 

We work with several different producers, so if you have ordered several products, it is possible that you receive several packages a few days apart.
